C & M Technologies, Inc. is a US based company
formed in 1996. The Executive Chairman & Owner, John C.
Hellander, CerE is a Georgia Tech graduate with a BS in Ceramic
Engineering.
The company was formed to develop high emissivity and thermally
conductive ceramic coatings for the process tubing and refractory
linings contained in the radiant sections of petroleum, chemical
and petrochemical process furnaces and boilers to increase their
thermal and operational efficiencies and production capabilities.
During the last ten years, the ceramic coatings developed by
CMT have been successfully applied worldwide in several Petroleum,
Petrochemical and Chemical process furnaces and boilers.
Recently, CMT has expanded into the business of convection section
fin tube cleaning for operational efficiency improvement and
metallurgical stability. CMT has developed a new process for
the cleaning of convection section fin tubes designed process
tubing that has proven successful in several field trials.
A combination of these technologies, the application of the
ceramic coatings to the radiant section process tubing and refractory
lining and the cleaning of the convection section process tubing,
will maximize the operational and thermal efficiencies and production
capability of process furnaces and boilers.
